During the light-dependent reactions of photosynthesis, the following is not produced:

Water

The light-dependent reactions occur in the thylakoid membranes of the chloroplasts and involve the absorption of light energy by chlorophyll and other pigments. This energy is used to drive the splitting of water molecules (photolysis), releasing electrons, hydrogen ions, and oxygen. The released electrons are then used to reduce NADP+ to NADPH, which is a reducing agent used in the Calvin cycle (light-independent reactions) to help convert carbon dioxide into glucose. Therefore, hydrogen ions, oxygen, and NADPH are produced during the light-dependent reactions, but water is consumed, not produced.
